Privacy policy This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use www.frensis.com, why it is collected, how long it is kept and what rights you have. It is written to be read, not to be endured. 1. Who is responsible for your data The data controller is FAKE-NAME FAKE-SURNAME, architect, registered office FAKE-STREET, FAKE-CITY (PG), Italy, VAT / P.IVA FAKE-PIVA. You can contact the controller at FAKE-EMAIL for any question about this policy or about your data. 2. What data we collect a. Data you send us voluntarily When you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or through any form on this site, you send us the data needed to answer you: your name, contact details, the content of your message and, if you are asking about a specific property, the information you decide to share about it (address, documents, photographs). b. Data collected automatically Technical and security data. Our hosting infrastructure records standard server information (IP address, date and time of request, requested page, browser type) in order to operate the site and protect it from attacks. Statistics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read. It processes data about your visit (pages viewed, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and browser). Content delivery and functionality data. Some pages are served through a content delivery network and site-statistics service operated by Automattic (Jetpack), which processes technical data to deliver the page and to count visits. We do not ask for, and do not want, special-category data (for example health data) or data of minors. If you send us such data spontaneously we will delete it. 3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation or a contract: legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To perform professional services you commission: legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, for example tax and professional record-keeping (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). To keep the site secure and functioning: legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To measure how the site is used: legal basis: your consent, where required by law and requested through the consent notice shown on your first visit (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). 4. Cookies and similar technologies This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies: Technical cookies, necessary for the site to work and to remember your consent choices. These do not require consent. Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4, used to produce aggregated statistics. These are set only where consent is given, or on the basis of the configuration actually in force; you can refuse or withdraw consent at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and you can block Google Analytics for all sites using the official browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from reading this site. This site does not display third-party advertising. 5. Who else sees your data Your data is not sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes. It may be processed by the following categories of recipients, acting as processors or independent controllers: The hosting provider that stores the site and its data. Automattic Inc. / Jetpack, for content delivery and site statistics. Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, for website analytics. Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it (for example, tax advisers and public offices for a building application). Email and messaging providers used to correspond with you. Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are carried out on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. 6. How long we keep it Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Client and project data: for the duration of the engagement and for the periods required by tax, accounting and professional rules (normally 10 years). Server and security logs: normally no more than 12 months. Analytics data: according to the retention setting configured in Google Analytics, and in any case in aggregated or pseudonymised form. 7. Your rights At any time you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Write to FAKE-EMAIL. We answer within one month. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence. 8. Security The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the site’s administrative area is protected by credentials and application-specific passwords; access is limited to the data controller. Data is stored on the hosting provider’s infrastructure. No system is perfect, and if a breach were to affect you we would inform you and the competent authority as required by law. 9. Automated decisions We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you. 10. Changes to this policy This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the services offered or in the applicable rules.
